Every week I run a report that shows all my delivered sales orders from the previous week. I personally call each customer to check in and make sure that their delivery process went smoothly and that they are happy with their new furniture. This is a very rewarding activity. I consistently hear raves from my customers about our outstanding driver teams. The folks who make our deliveries really provide above and beyond service. I also like to find out if there’s something amiss with anything so that I’m able to pro-actively provide a solution. But mostly it’s just happy people thrilled with their new furniture and delivery experience.
